Before purchasing
Does the Hub predict an Ofsted judgement?
No. The Hub supports reflection and preparation. It does not predict an Ofsted judgement or confirm regulatory compliance.
Can a review be saved and continued later?
Yes. Reviews save securely to the home’s account. A separate Save Copy option remains available for backup or transfer.
What information should be entered?
Use initials only and avoid unnecessary identifying information. Do not enter full names, dates of birth, addresses, school names, NHS numbers or case numbers.
What happens after I request a licence?
Your email application will include the information needed to respond to your licence request. Access is issued separately once the purchase arrangements are completed.
